How it works

  1. 1

Initial assessment. Share your site details and we’ll assess planning constraints, grid capacity, land sustainability, and environmental considerations.

  2. 2

Grid connection. Fuse prepares, submits, and manages the complete grid-connection application on your behalf.

  3. 3

Design and planning. We deliver all required surveys, archaeological and ecological assessments, transport studies, stakeholder engagement, consultation events, and the full planning application.

  4. 4

Construction. A typical build takes 1-6 months. Our aim is minimal disruption as we maintain safe access, and oversee all contractors.

  5. 5

Long-term operation. You receive CPI-linked rent for the lifetime of the lease. We manage monitoring, maintenance, insurance, security.

  6. 6

End of lease. We remove all equipment and fully restore the land to its original state unless you choose to renew.

Not a landowner? Earn £2,000 when someone you refer signs a lease. We prioritise thoughtful, low-impact development on 20-300 acre sites.
