What are annual milestones?

Annual Milestones are targets set under the Post-2025 Smart Metering Framework for the rollout and operation of smart meters across our domestic customer base.

What do the milestones cover?

They cover the rollout of smart meters, the replacement of communications hubs and SMETS1 meters, and the restoration of smart meters operating in traditional mode.
