Receive mutual rewards

The new Fuse Energy referral programme offers compelling mutual rewards. When someone successfully joins Fuse using your referral code, you (the referrer) and the person you referred (the referee) both receive Fuse account credit.

The current reward is £25 for each supply/fuel:

  • £25 for one supply (e.g., electricity or gas)
  • £50 for any two supplies (e.g., electricity and gas)
  • £75 for any three supplies (e.g., electricity, gas, and export)

The credit is applied after your referee pays their first bill.

How to refer friends to Fuse Energy

Your unique referral code is conveniently located within the Fuse app.

To find it:

  1. Open the Fuse app
  2. Tap on the '≡' symbol in the top right corner, to access the Main Menu
  3. Select the Referral tab

From there, you can easily access and share the link with your family and friends. They will have the opportunity to enter your referral code towards the end of the onboarding process, after the step in which your referee signs-up their property. An important note is that both you and your referee receive Fuse wallet credit after your referee pays their first bill.

Keep in mind:

  • Only one referral code can be added to an account
  • The referral code must be entered during sign-up
  • The referral code must be entered while the referral campaign is live
  • Your referee must sign up directly through the Fuse app or website
  • The reward amount is calculated at the time when the referral code is entered, based on the number of supplies/fuels being newly signed up

Frequently asked questions

How much do I get?

You get £25 for each supply your friend signs up. Each of these supplies counts on its own: electricity import, electricity export (solar), gas import. One supply is £25. Two supplies (e.g., electricity and gas) is £50. Three supplies (e.g., electricity, gas, and export) is £75. Your referee gets the same reward as you. A referrer whose wallet is in debt (negative balance) cannot refer until they are back in positive credit.

Why did I get £25 and not £50?

It's £25 per supply, counted at the moment the code was entered. £25 is given for one supply, £50 for two supplies, and £75 for three. If your friend only had one supply signing up when the code was entered, the reward is £25. Adding more later does not change a reward that has already been credited.

Where is my reward? When do I get paid?

The reward can be in a “Pending” state as we wait for your friend to pay their first bill. Until then, think of it as on its way!

If the app says “Failed”, it is likely because your friend did not pay their first Fuse bill in full and in time (within 14 days of it being issued). You can contact our 24/7 customer support if you have any queries about reward status.

What happened to the turbine spin?

We have replaced the spin with a guaranteed credit reward. You no longer need to take a chance at receiving a reward. Now, you are guaranteed to receive a fixed £25 reward per supply instead.

Can I still enter a code?

The referral code must be entered while the campaign is running. After a campaign ends, you cannot redeem a referral code. To enter a code, the referee:

  • Must be a new Fuse customer (no previous contracts)
  • Must not have joined via a price-comparison website (e.g., USwitch, GoCompare, etc.)
  • Must be entering a referral code for the first time
  • Cannot be referring themselves, or the person who referred them
