Referral Reward Terms and Conditions
These are terms and conditions applicable to Fuse Energy’s referral rewards campaign. The referral rewards campaign gives certain referring customers the chance, without guarantee, to win up to £1,000 (inclusive of GST) of credit to be applied to the referring customer’s Fuse Energy electricity supply account (the credit). The chance to win the credit will only be available during live campaign periods (the campaign periods), as communicated in the Fuse mobile application.
1. Applicability
These terms apply to (1) an existing Fuse Energy customer, who refers friends and family to Fuse Energy (the referring customer) and (2) a new customer, who follows the unique URL provided to them by the referring customer, in order to initiate a switch to Fuse Energy (the referred customer).
If all eligibility criteria are met, eligible referring customers will receive a chance to win the credit. The chance will be in the form of a “spin” within the Fuse mobile application. The “spin” will stipulate how much credit (if any) the eligible referring customer may receive, provided that all remaining eligibility criteria are met.
2. Eligibility
In order for a referring customer to be eligible to receive a chance to win the credit:
- the referring customer must be an existing Fuse Energy customer on a Fuse Energy contract
- the referring customer must refer new customers using the unique code provided by Fuse Energy (the referral code)
- the referring customer must have a zero or positive balance on their energy account with Fuse Energy (i.e., no outstanding amounts due)
- the referred customer must not previously have been a customer of Fuse Energy
- the referred customer must sign up to become a Fuse Energy customer using the referral code and enter into a Fuse Energy contract before the end of the applicable campaign period, as communicated in the Fuse mobile application
- the referred customer must pay for their first full month of electricity supply by Fuse Energy no later than the due date of the bill for such supply
3. How much credit can a referring customer win?
The maximum amount of credit that a referring customer can win is £1,000 with respect to each referred customer. The minimum amount of credit that a referring customer can win is £0 with respect to each referred customer. There is no guarantee that credit will be won upon satisfaction of the eligibility criteria. A “spin” may result in £0 credit won.
4. When will the referring customer receive the credit?
Fuse Energy will apply the credit as an offset against the charges only on the referring customer’s subsequent bills until the credit is used in full. The credit amount is a bill credit only and not available for refund or redeemable for cash.
5. Variation and cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or amend the terms of this campaign in our sole discretion and without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding any aspect of the referral reward campaign, our decision shall be final.
