Moving out of a Fuse Property?
On the home screen of the Fuse app, tap ‘manage property’.
Choose your move out date - you can set this up to 28 days in advance.
Submit your closing meter readings as close to your move-out date as possible.
Enjoying your Fuse plan? You can bring us with you to your new address, selecting your move in date to align with the start of your new contract.
That’s it! You won’t be billed past your move out date, and your account will be all set up at your new home when you move in.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I be charged an exit fee? If you move out of your current property and switch-in with Fuse at your new home, you will be able to keep your fixed tariff and you won’t have to pay an exit fee.
I accidentally chose the wrong date, can I change it? Of course you can, simply reach out to one of our support agents and we’ll change your move-out date for you.
Will my new meter support my current tariff? If your new home can’t support your current tariff, don’t worry. Reach out to us on chat support and we’ll be able to book you in for a smart-meter install. Once installed, you’ll be able to access all of our tariffs.
